Thomas & Gabriel Solicitors first started trading in 2017. The business was started by Nadine Hall, a Solicitor since 2005. Born, raised, educated and living in Sheffield, Nadine knows her local area and understands what our local people want. She decided to provide an alternative to the mainstream law firms which are often based in the City Centre and deal with high numbers of files at any one time, and this has been achieved.
All our legal work is carried out by fully qualified Solicitors so you can be assured of the best possible advice at all times.
Thomas & Gabriel Solicitors is based in Hillsborough and our clients are often from the surrounding areas: Hillsborough, Oughtibridge, Deepcar, Stocksbridge, Walkley, Crosspool, Lodge Moor, Crookes and Loxley but they have come from further afield too!
Our aim is to provide a supportive, efficient, friendly and quality service for our clients. As you will see from our testimonials below, our clients say we are doing this.

ABOUT NADINE
Before becoming a Solicitor Nadine had a completely different career in pensions. But after completing a part-time Law Degree degree she knew she wanted to follow her dream and work in law.
Since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2005 Nadine has worked for various law firms - ranging from large multinationals to small high street.
In 2017 Nadine decided to go it alone and create Thomas & Gabriel Solicitors Limited. A firm where there is a work-life balance so she can be a full-time mum and still provide clients with the professional but friendly service she is known for.
In her spare time, Nadine enjoys spending time with her family, walking, eating out and meeting up with friends. Although she loves holidaying in the sunshine you will often find her in North Yorkshire. Nadine is a true Yorkshire lass and she is proud to bring those values into her work.
PRO BONO WORK
Nadine often gives up her free time to give chats at local charities or groups on a one to one basis to answer any questions people may have on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and buying and selling properties.
These chats help bust myths surrounding Wills and LPAs but also highlight the importance of having such things in place. She also guides people on what you need to think about if you are hoping to get on or off the property ladder.
Nadine takes the same ethos she has in her work office, going from one comfortable environment to another and hopes that by taking away the formal nature of seeing a Solicitor, she is empowering people and giving them the confidence to make plans for the future without stress.

ANGELA
Family Law Solicitor
Angela is our specialist family law solicitor with over 20 years’ experience.
Angela helps clients move on with their lives after separation, assisting and advising on all issues arising from the breakdown of a relationship, including divorce, how the marital assets are divided, and what arrangements can be made for the children.
Based in South Yorkshire, Angela has local clients as well as clients from all over the country.
Outside of work, Angela is a busy mum of 3 children and is a keen runner
CLAIRE
Legal Assistant
Claire joined the firm in 2022 as our Legal Assistant and Trainee Conveyancer, and will often be your first point of contact. She has a lifetime of experience in customer service and a keen eye for detail, willing to go above and beyond to ensure things go smoothly during your legal journey with us.
Outside of Thomas and Gabriel Solicitors, Claire has two young children, a passion for baking plus a strong interest in True Crime Podcasts!
